The attached Constitution/By-Laws is the current document for the GCARC.
The GCARC Net Script is a general outline of the GCARC Information Net format. This format can be changed by the net control operator, and this attached script represents the basic script or starting point for the control operator. The only condition would be that the net must be a formal net.
The archived newsletters to date are the last 10 years of newsletter of the GCARC.
